Aileen went way beyond ‘above and beyond’ to get my move slotted in in a very tight timeframe - she quite literally made it possible for me to get out of a difficult living situation, all while being so patient and kind when things didn’t go to plan.
The moving teams they sent out were wonderful, just lovely guys who got the job done carefully and quickly and had all the needed equipment etc.
I’m very grateful to Aileen and the team - their service made a huge part of a really hard situation just that little bit easier to deal with and that’s worth its weight in gold.

The boys did an AMAZING job. It was a long and hot day and they powered through. We were moving into a new build with 2 flights of stairs and nothing was too much trouble for them. They moved the entire house so carefully and methodically and didn’t make a single scratch, all with big smiles on their faces (even though it was obvious the heat and stairs were getting to them!!). From the start, the admin side was a dream to deal with — Eileen in particular deserves a shout-out for being so organised, attentive and endlessly patient with all my questions. On moving day, Breno and Alex made light work of the whole house, moving everything quickly, carefully, and with genuine good humour. The company’s communication, work ethic and pricing are hard to beat, and they turned what could have been a stressful experience into something surprisingly easy. Whoever has previously commented about late turn-up or no communication I couldn’t have had a more different experience. I was warned in advance that the time I chosen meant the previous job could be running late - they still turned up right on the dot. I had a piece of furniture which I know two people would really struggle and it would be dangerous. We worked around it. I needed an extra 2 hours and they accommodated it easily. Constant communication and updates the whole time! Plus the two guys they sent couldn’t have been friendlier and very skilled at how to avoid damage or hitting any walls etc.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks team!

From the very first phone call to the final item being carried from truck to our new home was professional, friendly and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the team at Brisbane Removalists. From the start, the admin side was a dream to deal with — Eileen in particular deserves a shout-out for being so organised, attentive and endlessly patient with all my questions. On moving day, Breno and Alex made light work of the whole house, moving everything quickly, carefully, and with genuine good humour. The company’s communication, work ethic and pricing are hard to beat, and they turned what could have been a stressful experience into something surprisingly easy. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Whoever has previously commented about late turn-up or no communication I couldn’t have had a more different experience. I was warned in advance that the time I chosen meant the previous job could be running late - they still turned up right on the dot. I had a piece of furniture which I know two people would really struggle and it would be dangerous. We worked around it. I needed an extra 2 hours and they accommodated it easily. Constant communication and updates the whole time! Plus the two guys they sent couldn’t have been friendlier and very skilled at how to avoid damage or hitting any walls etc.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks team!
