Only experienced trained movers with high levels of Industry experience are engaged. No backpackers, part timers or untrained staff here. Being highly trained & experienced means your move will be completed faster, cheaper and with less chance of anything going wrong.
Fit for purpose trucks. We have a range of varying sized trucks in our fleet from small 20 cube trucks (ideal when the access or parking is not fantastic) or when you only have a small move. Through to medium sized trucks (ideal for medium sized house or apartment moves).
Up to large 50 cube trucks for the large 4/5/6-bedroom house moves. Perfect if your move requires some travel.
All of the trucks in the fleet have tie rails inside & come complete with all of the necessary heavy-duty blankets, pads, straps & trolleys required to assist with the move.
Bookings are emailed to you for your confirmation to allow you to read and be aware of the costs & moving terms and conditions of the move. You would not believe the number of times I have clients call asking how they know they will actually be booked in. On previous moves they have called and booked in their move and not received anything to confirm their booking.
I even have clients calling and asking if they have booked in with us as they haven’t received any booking information from the company they called. Pretty unprofessional!

Premium Service Movers.
Every move is tailored to suit each client’s individual needs & requirements. From moving only, a relatively small number of items to a large house move. Some clients like to pack all of the box’s themselves, whilst others require a full pack & move. All in a day’s work for our Cleveland Removalists.
Naturally as part of Cleveland Removalists premium service all of your furniture is placed where you want it. Please don’t laugh as I regularly have clients call wanting to book a move asking if this is part of the service as when they moved last time their items were left in the garage or lounge area.
The company refused to take items upstairs or dismantle or re assemble their furniture. Again, all in a day’s work for us.
Now if you do require assistance with professional packing, again we have some options here.
Option #1, a partial pack as we like to call them. This usually involves the client packing up their clothes and loose items and the removalists pack as an example the kitchen/buffet or wall unit items. These moves are extremely popular and the packing and moving is all completed on moving day.
Option #2, full house pack & move. As full house packs normally take most of the day these are usually completed the day prior to moving.

There is a lot of information as removalists we require from you to allow us to provide the most cost effective & stress-free move for you.
Information such as your moving date, the address at either location along with the access and truck parking at each. An Inventory of the items being packed and moved. If you have any extremely heavy or awkward items to move such as a marble table, French door fridge, pool table or piano are just some examples.
The more information the better, this allows us to provide the appropriately sized truck & team for your move.
