This will assist with legislation, forms, disputes, and useful contacts before starting during or ending a tenancy. Prior to moving into a rental property make sure you complete the entry condition report.
Provide as much detailed information and photos as possible. The property manager must prepare, sign, and provide a copy at the start of the tenancy. It is an offence not to do so.
The completed and signed report must be returned to the property manager within 3 days. Prior to ending a tenancy make sure you advise the property manager.
