I can not recommend this company more highly. We had booked another removalists who did not turn up. We frantically rang around to find someone else and called Brisbane Removalists and they were fantastic. They called to tell us what time they would arrive and the guys worked so hard. They were very careful with all our belongings. Nothing was a problem for them and they took the stress out of our move and we are very grateful for finding them.

Eileen was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, and provided me with an estimate that ended up on-the-money despite being a 2 3/4 hour drive by car between locations, with a reasonably high degree of difficulty and many potential delays!
Friendly, polite and respectful muscle-nuggets Jaime and Jose arrived early for both pick-ups (and left right on the estimated time), worked super fast despite the very solid and heavy cabinets and lounge suites that had to go out a small apartment's tight entry doorway/small balcony and down 17 steps.
The MANY fragile furniture items (e.g. 57" TV, heavy glass dining and coffee tables, glass shelving, tops and display cabinets) were wrapped so well and handled so carefully that not a thing broke or was marked during the whole process.
All-round, 100% satisfaction for a job extremely well done - thank you Brisbane Removalists...based on my experience, I HIGHLY recommend you to anyone who wants their furniture moved efficiently, safely and very affordably! 👏🏆😃

Communication was excellent, received a call back to the initial email enquiry in a timely manner with quote and information following swiftly. These guys saved us last weekend! When our initial removalists didn't show, Eileen put us at ease, reassured us that they would send the big truck and got the best guys in only 2 hours notice. The moving guys were excellent also, wrapped everything in blankets and were super careful and understanding. Absolutely nothing broken. Thank you so much for your fantastic service!

The gents turned up on time and cheery at 6:45am. Diego (Colombian) and Sebastian (Ecuadorian) were polite, careful with our stuff and respectful of our family. I was super impressed by their meticulous placement of all furniture on the truck (a passer by said the same!) and there were no bumps or bruises on either property or any of the goods or humans (haha). 12h and 4 very hard working men got me from my old place to a new one to call home. They were careful and make the effort to care for my belongings and followed instructions to place all the items where I wanted them in the new place. Unfortunately one glass table top was broken in the process. Other than that, everything went well. This was the second time we book their services to move house and we will go back to them next time.

I know this was a big mission for you. Sorry that the table glass broke. Tempered glass does not like truck vibrations and although the team did not knock the table, it spontaneously exploded. This is a known defect with tempered glass - showers, ovens etc. that just randomly explode. I believe this is why insurance companies do not like to cover glass. Booked Brisbane Removalists to assist moving from a 3 bedroom unit into a 3 bedroom house. Also had some items to collect from a second pick up address, not a problem.
Absolutely fantastic experience. I had to change the moving date several times due to delays in settlement, and each time I had a quick response from Eileen and assured it would be no problem at all.
On arrival, the boys were on time and efficient. Easy to communicate with, nothing was too much trouble.
Not a single thing was damaged, monitors and TV wrapped with care.
