The gents turned up on time and cheery at 6:45am. Diego (Colombian) and Sebastian (Ecuadorian) were polite, careful with our stuff and respectful of our family. I was super impressed by their meticulous placement of all furniture on the truck (a passer by said the same!) and there were no bumps or bruises on either property or any of the goods or humans (haha). I recently hired Brisbane Removalists based on a friend's recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Erick and Christian were fantastic from start to finish. They communicated their ETA and arrived right on time. Both were polite, courteous, and professional, making the whole process feel stress-free.What really stood out was how careful and attentive they were with my furniture. Not a single item was damaged, and it was obvious they took the time to ensure everything was packed securely. They worked quickly, without cutting any corners, and it was clear they really knew what they were doing. The whole move went smoothly and was completed efficiently.To top it off, their rates were very reasonable, and there was no surcharge for paying by card.

12h and 4 very hard working men got me from my old place to a new one to call home. They were careful and make the effort to care for my belongings and followed instructions to place all the items where I wanted them in the new place. Unfortunately one glass table top was broken in the process. Other than that, everything went well. This was the second time we book their services to move house and we will go back to them next time.

This is a known defect with tempered glass - showers, ovens etc. that just randomly explode. I believe this is why insurance companies do not like to cover glass. I have had the best experience with these removalists. From my enquiry with Eileen and then booking the job was easy, very informative, friendly and very knowledgeable. On the day of the move everything went very smoothly. The fellows Jesus and Javier were friendly and professional and went about their work confidently. We engaged this company to move my furniture from Caboolture South to North Lakes. The uplift of furniture into a container went smoothly, the 2 gents handled the furniture with care and although it took a little longer than anticipated everything was packed neatly and the container was taken away and placed into storage for 7 days.On the day the furniture was delivered to our place in North Lakes, the unloading went smoothly and the 2 gents were very polite and helpful placing the items where we requested.Unfortunately French door fridge had dents in two of the large doors. We took photos and reported the damage immediately to Brisbane Removalists admin who took ownership of the damage and assured me they would have the fridge doors replaced.They kept me informed of progress and two weeks later we had new doors fitted to the fridge.I can highly recommend this company as from the outset they were very professional and upfront with costs etc.There was absolutely no hesitation in having my fridge repaired and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied and happy with the outcome.We have used a few different removal companies and without any doubt, Brisbane Removalists are by far the most professional, helpful and honest company we have ever dealt with.Doug & Bev Whitehorn

Our rates are structured to provide flexibility and transparency, tailored to the day of your move. All pricing includes GST and is charged in 15-minute increments, ensuring you only pay for the time used. A minimum of 30 minutes is added to cover depot-to-depot travel from Milton.

  • Monday to Friday: A 2-hour minimum applies, making these days ideal for smaller or quicker moves.
  • Saturday: Slightly higher rates apply, with a 2-hour minimum, to accommodate the increased demand for weekend services.
