We do strive to maintain this at every stage of the process. I am sorry that you ended up paying more than you expected. We gave you an estimate of 5 .5 hours and it took 6.5 plus you had $60 packing material added on the job. It is extremely difficult to estimate a job, but it is standard that this can go either side, which we make clear. The difference can be due to unknown access issues, and in your case, the extra care needed for extremely expensive laboratory equipment and ensuring we delivered it safely.
