I am so glad we were able to do this for you given your time constraints. We are pretty flexible with last minute moves as we have a lot of trucks but super last minute can be tricky to get a team on board, so I was really relieved we had one just finishing. I know how stressful this can be for people in this situation, so we try our very best to make it happen. I am sorry that you had to go through that. Moving is stressful enough without your removalists not turning up and worse when you have a deadline to be out of the house. I will pass on the review to our superheroes, Vanderson and Esteban. I know this was a big mission for you. Sorry that the table glass broke. Tempered glass does not like truck vibrations and although the team did not knock the table, it spontaneously exploded. This is a known defect with tempered glass - showers, ovens etc. that just randomly explode. I believe this is why insurance companies do not like to cover glass. It is quite scary when this happens and we are truly sorry that it happened. We hope you do not have to move too soon Sylvia! Feet up and enjoy your new home. Eileen and the team.
