Aileen went way beyond ‘above and beyond’ to get my move slotted in in a very tight timeframe - she quite literally made it possible for me to get out of a difficult living situation, all while being so patient and kind when things didn’t go to plan.
The moving teams they sent out were wonderful, just lovely guys who got the job done carefully and quickly and had all the needed equipment etc.
I’m very grateful to Aileen and the team - their service made a huge part of a really hard situation just that little bit easier to deal with and that’s worth its weight in gold.

We used Brisbane removalists for moving our pharmacy and lab to a new location. We liked their punctuality, professionalism and best of all, the customer service and communication. However, we ended up paying much more than what we expected.

We do strive to maintain this at every stage of the process. I am sorry that you ended up paying more than you expected. We gave you an estimate of 5 .5 hours and it took 6.5 plus you had $60 packing material added on the job. It is extremely difficult to estimate a job, but it is standard that this can go either side, which we make clear. The difference can be due to unknown access issues, and in your case, the extra care needed for extremely expensive laboratory equipment and ensuring we delivered it safely. We are super happy that we did this perfectly, as it was a high-risk job. We wish you all the best in the new clinic. Have a wonderful Christmas, Eileen and the team.

For a commercial office relocation I contacted several removalist for quotes and Eileen was the most helpful and professional, hands-down.

Eileen was great to work with especially as I'm based in another state and I was managing the Brisbane office relocation.

The removalists were on time and had the job completed swiftly and our company staff in attendance couldn't speak more highly of Brisbane Removalists.

Another tenant in the building we were vacating appreciated the review our staff gave of Brisbane Removalists and requested I forward the contact details for Eileen, which I promptly did - also forwarding to the Property Manager for the building for other tenants moving in or moving out.

We sold our home a week or so before we could move into our new apartment. After doing a fair amount of research and getting quotes, we decided on Brisbane Removalists.

We liked the idea and the costs saved by not double handling our belongings in the traditional way of loading a truck, unloading into storage, loading again then delivering to the new site.
Lots of extra hours required for that.

Vandersen and Jorge loaded our things in a very efficient and well considered way, they were courteous and respectful not just to us but ensuring there would be no damage to the house.

Stage two has not been done yet and that is unloading at our apartment building.
Brisbane Removalists claim to be experts in this type of moving and we look forward to the next step with the same minimal stresses for us.

10000/10 Breno and Joao were an absolutely incredible team together. They were on time, so friendly, and very good at their job. They took such care with all my items and were very cautious of my walls when delivering into my new house. Moving is usually such a stressful process but they made the day so exciting and fun, and I would 100% use them again!

The best decision I made in my recent move was hiring Brisbane Removalists. From Eileen's first response to a request for a quote through to putting the last of my possessions into the storage unit, everyone that I dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly. Breno and Viktor arrived with huge smiles and their positive energy carried me through a really difficult day. They were careful with all items and checked with me before continuing if they were unsure of anything. Highly recommended!

These guys were excellent in every respect - They took the job on a Saturday at short notice and powered through a three-bed home in one go. The boys were so gentle with my stuff that I think they take better care of it than I do! Would definitely use these guys again.

The boys did an AMAZING job. It was a long and hot day and they powered through. We were moving into a new build with 2 flights of stairs and nothing was too much trouble for them. They moved the entire house so carefully and methodically and didn’t make a single scratch, all with big smiles on their faces (even though it was obvious the heat and stairs were getting to them!!). Thank you so much for their care and attention :) would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely amazing service – best moving experience ever!

From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with so much care and made what’s usually a stressful day feel completely effortless. Communication was great, they arrived right on time, worked quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly at the new place.

I’ve moved a few times before, but this was by far the smoothest and best experience I’ve ever had with a removalist company. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers who genuinely care about their customers!
